Rogers Benefit Group is dedicated to helping brokers and their staff implement and renew their clients’ medical and non-medical benefits. We help brokers maximize their bottom line by making it easy for them to sell, install, service and renew their groups. We provide complete and accurate information needed to prospect and close sales. We assist brokers and their staff members to communicate the necessary information to their clients. We make it possible for brokers to increase profitability by taking care of the detail and leg work, to the extent the broker directs.


RBG provides a "turn-key" approach to the detail, legwork, and paperwork of making a sale and renewing the business.


During the plan year when issues and questions arise with the benefits, RBG works closely with the broker’s office/and or client to resolve situations when the normal service channels have been exhausted. Brokers and their staff can concentrate on other firms, other sales, and other activities as RBG works with the insurance companies to solve often time consuming issues.


The renewal process is the other major part of what makes RBG different. RBG assists, as the broker directs, through the process of renewing groups from pre-renewal consultation, renewal negotiation on mid-market groups, to obtaining and preparing renewal options, and then the entire process of open enrollment meetings, submission of material and following up to be sure the group is set for another year. It’s not surprising that RBG brokers have among the highest retention in the group insurance business.
