As a continued reflection of their not-for-profit mission to provide all Californians with access to quality care at an affordable price, Blue Shield&nbsp;is giving back to their customers the amount they project to earn above 2 percent of net income for fiscal year 2011. </span></p> <p><span style='font-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black'>Starting November 4, your clients who are eligible for a credit from the 2 Percent Pledge for 2011 will be sent a letter notifying them of their credit amount.
