TWO BONUSES

• Basic Bonus: $20 per enrollee  (after you sell 3 groups and 50 enrolled subscribers)
   
• Alliance Bonus: $35 per enrollee  (after you sell 2 groups and 20 enrolled subscribers)

• Supported by  multi-year capitated contracts with low trends that translate into stable pricing
• Available in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern and Fresno Counties

Brokers can offer:

• Traditional and deductible HMO plans, including HSA and HRA plans
• A lower cost HMO option and alternative to PPO HSAs
• New business RAF of .90 for groups with 6-50 enrolled employees and 50% enrolled in Alliance (No qualifying renewal required and regardless of the renewal date)
