Updated Carrier Underwriting Guidelines 1/11/12   Click Here to go to the Small Group Carrier Guidelines   Here are the updates that have been made to the Small Group Carrier Guidelines: Aetna: HRA Eligibility Section updated for 2/1 to reflect new guidelines, removing the 50% funding rule and allowing an HRA wrap with only the MC HRA 3000 80/50, MC HRA 5000 80/50, and the HMO Deductible plans.  Multiple Plan Options section corrected to remove restriction for offering Vitalidad Plus plan in Pick a Plan. Blue Shield: Carrier Wrap Requirements, HRA Eligibility, Multiple Plan Options, and Participation Guidelines sections amended to remove old guidelines prior to 1/1/12.
